Sit as the Board of Equalization to consider the following Petitions for Review of Real Property determinations heard by Hearing Officer Charles Johnson on September 15, 2016. The Board of Equalization may consolidate agenda items 1-9 for a single vote.

1. Request acceptance of hearing determination of Petition for Review of Real Property Valuation for Marcellus Patterson & Natalie Ashcroft, 203-44-034B.

2. Request acceptance of hearing determination of Petition for Review of real Property Valuation for Robert Whitten, multiple parcels.

3. Request acceptance of hearing determination of Petition for Review of Real Property Valuation for Jack Albert Family Trust, 203-34-019.

4. Request acceptance of hearing determination of Petition for Review of Real Property Valuation for Kachina Investors, parcel 201-59-027

5. Request acceptance of hearing determination of Petition for Review of Real Property Valuation for Paul & Jene Gallegos, parcel 101-14-007.

10. County Manager: Discussion and possible approval of CONSENT ITEMS: All items indicated by an asterisk (*) will be handled by a single vote as part of the consent agenda, unless a Board Member or the County Manager objects at the time the agenda item is called.

County Manager/Clerk of the Board:

*A. Request approval of demands as distributed to the Apache County Board of Supervisors between September 20, 2016 and October 4, 2016. Demands are payments made or to be made, by the County. Specific details of the demands may be requested through the County public record request process.

*B. Request approval of minutes dated September 9, 2016.

11.  County Manager: Discussion and possible action related to ending the current state of emergency for flooding and residual mud that was put into effect August 5, 2016.

12.  Superior Court: Discussion and possible approval of the FY17 Fill the Gap Grant Application in the amount of $208,728.33 and no cash match is required.

13. Engineering Department: Discussion and possible approval to award Bid #201701 for drilling a well in Vernon to Copperstate Drilling.

14.  Barry Weller. District III: After a possible Executive Session for legal advice pursuant to ARS 38-431, discussion and possible action to provide direction to the County Attorney regarding Apache County Superior Court Case No. CV-2016-00164, Martin v. Board of Supervisors Apache County.

15. Call to the Public: Individuals may address the Board on any relevant issue for an amount of time determined by the Chairman. At the close of the call to the public, Board members may not respond to any comments but may respond to criticism, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
