Identification at the Polls
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statues 16-579A
Acceptable forms of ID need to have the voter’s photograph, name and address (1 required)

  • Valid Arizona driver license
  • Valid Arizona non-operating ID card
  • Tribal Enrollment card or another form of tribal identification
Identification is “Valid” unless it can be determined that the date has expired
Acceptable forms of ID that have NO PHOTO but has the Name and Address of the voter (2 required)

  • Utility bill of the elector dated within 90 days of the election
  • Bank or credit union statement dated within 90 days of the election
  • Valid Arizona Vehicle Registration
  • Indian Census Certificate
  • Property tax statement of elector’s residence
  • Vehicle insurance card
  • Recorder’s Certificate
  • Valid United States federal, state and local government issued ID, including a voter registration and card issued from the Recorder’s Office.
