The Apache County Board of Adjustment and Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 11:30 am, in the Board of Supervisors Room, located in the Apache County Annex, 75 W. Cleveland Street in St. Johns.

Item #1 Call to order.
Item #2 Roll Call/Determination of a Quorum.
Item #3 Call to the Public (Forms must be turned in at this time).
Item #4 Approval of the minutes from the July 19, 2017 meeting.
Item #5 Discussion, Consideration, and Action on a variance application allowing Samuel A. and Shannon Balk to use a pre-existing building which sits less than three (3) feet off the southern property line. Property is located at 75 Apache County Road N4036, Eagar, AZ. A.P.N. 103-14-019 in South Fork. This is a variance from the Apache County Zoning Ordinance Article 4, Section 404. B.3. Development Standards for Permitted Uses, which requires a minimum ten (10) feet setback for accessory buildings.
