The Alpine Public Library offers its' community and surrounding area over 10,000 volumes, reference section, videos, audios, large print section, copy machine, fax services Interlibrary Loans, year-round programs for all age groups, and ten computers with DSL internet access for patron usage. The loan period is two weeks for books, audios, and videos. The library charges five cents per day per item for late fees. Holidays and the days that the library is closed are excluded.The fine per item will not exceed $1.00.
Library cards are free for Apache County residents or Apache County Property owners. A patron will be issued their first card free of charge. Replacements for a lost or stolen card will be $1.00 up to three replacement cards. The fifth and subsequent replacement cards will const $5.00 each. We do have a book drop outside the library for your convenience.
