(1) Pursuant to A.R.S. §25-126, a justice of the peace whose office is located five miles or more from the superior court may be designated by the Clerk of the Superior Court to issue marriage licenses within the county where he or she resides.

NOTE: Fee to convert an existing marriage to a covenant marriage – courts are advised to charge the Superior Court’s $18.00 minimum clerk fee “Demand for notice, filing paper, or performing any act for which a specific fee is not provided by statute.”
