The courts in Arizona have three levels:
- Limited Jurisdiction Courts
- Appellate Court
- Superior Court
Arizona has branches of these courts in each of our 15 counties.
Limited Jurisdiction Courts are called Justice Courts and Municipal Courts. The Limited Jurisdiction Courts handle criminal and civil traffic violations, misdemeanor crimes, small claims, civil complaints under a monetary value of $10,000, landlord / tenant evictions, orders of protection, and injunctions against harassment.
The Round Valley Justice Court office is open 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and is located at 130 South Mountain Avenue in Springerville, Arizona.
Many traffic violations can be handled at our front counter.
All Court Hearings are scheduled on the Court Calendar.
