The Elections Department, under the Board of Supervisions' direction, directs, administers, and conducts accurate and impartial Federal, State and County elections pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes. The department works closely with Cities, Towns, School Districts and Special Districts of Apache County. The department also disseminates general information for candidates, campaign finance, political and voting information.
Our Mission Statement:
Our goal is to inform, educate and enable Apache County voters to get out and vote. Voter turnout is at an all-time low. Many changes are occurring; new leaders and new laws mean we must take a pro-active role in our government.
