Required steps for posting your permit and inspections for your manufactured home in Apache County:

• Place permit in a window so the inspector can see it
• There may be several inspections made, depending on the anchoring system your installer is using.
• First inspection will be Footings if they are part of the anchor system. (Your contractor will know this and call if it is required)
• Next inspection will be the Final Inspection. This inspection has many things for the inspector to look at and approve:
  
  
  1. electrical wire and breaker size,
  2. gas test inspection,
  3. sewer drain line connection,
  4. blocking,
  5. water freeze protection,
  6. compaction report,
  7. clearances under home to ground,
  8. pier placement,
  9. steps and landings, etc.
  
  
• There may be additional items requiring inspection by your
  inspector depending on the conditions found.
• Please leave the home unlocked on inspection day. The
  inspector must get inside to check several items.

Green tag services will be withheld until all inspections have been done and have passed.

Remember, if the inspector cannot inspect inside the home, the inspection will fail and have to be rescheduled for another day (additional fees for re-inspection could be charged.)
