Currently: Under the 2003 International Residential Code and the 2003 International Building Codes, as amended by the Apache County Ordinance.
The purpose of the Apache County Building Inspections Division is to “provide minimum requirements to safeguard the public safety, health and general welfare, through affordability, structural strength, means of egress facilities, stability, sanitation, light and ventilation, energy conservation and safety to life and property from fire and other hazards attributed to the built environment.” (2003 International Residential Code R101.3).
Apache County Building Inspection Division is located on the first floor of the Apache County Annex Building, at 75 West Cleveland in
St. Johns.
