Description

Lot 1:
 Lot 1 Description - Computer table, Round Table, Chairs, Miscellaneous print cartridges and audio cassette covers.
Condition:
All items are in good work order. Print cartridges are new.

 

Remember - making a bid is the same as a contract. Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. If you do win the bid you are legally bound by contract to purchase the item. We accept sealed bids only.

General instructions for picking up all vehicles and or item(s).
Please note the winning bidder is responsible for supplying proper manpower, equipment (i.e. dollys, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) and vehicles (truck size/type) for pick-up. After the auction is complete, the winning bidder will be assigned a pick date and time. Failure to collect any items purchased with 5 working days of the close of auction shall deem the item abandoned by the awarded bidder. Any deposit or payment issued by the bidder is considered non-refundable . If the item(s) is/are abandoned, the County may exercise the right to either re-list the item(s) or award it/them to the second highest bidder.

 

All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or by the removal of the item. Items sold must be picked up within 7 days of close of auction at the location indicated. Pick up times may vary please contact Dodee Wallace to schedule pickup time.
