The Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 1:00pm in the Board of Supervisors Room, located in the County Annex Building, 75 W. Cleveland Street in St. Johns. The work session to discuss the following agenda will be held at 12:00 pm in the Board Room prior to the public meeting. Work session will include those listed under work session and items of business listed below.

Item #4 Approval of the minutes from the April 5, 2012 meeting. Minutes
Item#5 Consider and possibly approve the amended final plat for Skyline Ranch, a proposed 17 lot, 3 tracts, residential development located within sections 11&12 T10N, R24E. The site is located off U.S. Hwy 60.
Item#6 Consideration and possible approval of the amending of section 105.5 of the Apache County Building Ordinance to clarify the valid length of a building permit and extension process of said building permit.
