THE APACHE COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

The Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 1:00pm in the Board of Supervisors Room, located in the County Annex Building, 75 W. Cleveland Street in St. Johns. The work session to discuss the following agenda will be held at 12:00 pm in the Board Room prior to the public meeting. Work session will include those listed under work session and items of business listed below.

Item #4 Approval of the minutes from the December 1, 2011 meeting. Minutes
Item#5 Consideration and possible approval of the changing the definition of Gross Floor area to exclude basements, unfinished attics, private attached garages, breezeways, courts, decks or porches both enclosed and unenclosed.
Item#6 Consideration and possible approval for the Round Valley Animal Rescue to add mobile home to site.
