Call to the Public. 

1.  A/D County Manager: Request approval of a Special Event Liquor License Application for Allan Johnson for the Kick Ash Bash on July 27 and July 28, 2012 located at 103 and 134 Main Street in Greer.

2.  A/D County Manager: Notification of the over contribution payout of state retirement to County employees.

3.  A/D CONSENT ITEMS: All items indicated by an asterisk (*) will be handled by a single vote as part of the consent agenda, unless a Board Member, County Manager or member of the public objects at the time the agenda item is called.
  
County Manager/Clerk of the Board:

*A.  Request approval of minutes dated July 3, 2012.
  
*B.
  Request approval of the demands.

Human Resources: 

*C.  Probation Department: Request authorization to remove Monica Orona from probationary status effective July 3, 2012 with the 2.5% end of probation increase. 

*D.  St. Johns Justice Court: Request authorization to remove Hailey Catlin from probationary status effective July 15, 2012 with the 2.5% end of probation increase. 

*E.  Assessor's Office: Request authorization to remove Michael Waite from probationary status effective July 17, 2012 with the 2.5% end of probation increase. 

*F.  District II: Request authorization to convert the currently vacant Road Maintenance Worker II position to a Road Maintenance Worker I position.
 
*G.
  District II: Request authorization to hire a temporary Road Maintenance Worker II, not to exceed 90 days.  

*H.  District II: Request authorization to hire a temporary Administrative Assistant II, not to exceed 120 days.

*I.  St. Johns Road Yard: Request authorization to convert a vacant full time Equipment Mechanic II position (range 29) to a Crusher Operator II position (range 29) and fill the vacancy.

*J.  District I: Request authorization to hire a temporary Facilities and Construction Worker I not to exceed 30 days at $10.00 per hour.
 
Engineering Department:

*K.  Request authorization to solicit bids for a new/used semi-truck and a new/used dump truck for District I utilizing carryover funds and a trade in.

4.  A/D  County Attorney's Office: Request approval of Arizona Attorney General Victim's Rights Program Award in the amount of $28,250.00, awarded for FY 2013. this grant has no matching funds required.

5.  A/D  County Attorney's Office: Request approval of Arizona Criminal Justice Commission Drug, Gang and Violent Crime Control Grant #DC-13-017 in the amount of $72,794.00 with a $22,358.00 match awarded for FY2013.  

6.  A/D  County Attorney's Office: Request approval of Arizona Criminal Justice Commission Victim's Compensation Grant #VC-13-049 in the amount of $54,939.00 awarded for FY2013. This grant has no matching funds required.  

7.  A/D  Sheriff's Office: Request approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the State of Arizona Department of Public Safety and the Apache County Sheriff's Office regarding the Domestic Cannabis Eradication/Suppression Program.

8.  A/D  Sheriff's Office: Request approval of Agreement DC-13-040 between Criminal Justice Commission and the Apache County Sheriff's Office for the Drug, Gang and Violent Crime Control Grant Agreement in the amount of $246,008.00. this grant required a 20% match that will be paid utilizing RICO funds.

9.  A/D  Sheriff's Office: Request approval of a resolution authorizing a lift of fire restrictions within the exterior boundaries of Apache County.
