*A. County Manager: Approval of minutes dated January 19, 2010 and January 21, 2010. Human Resources:
*B. District I: Request authorization to convert Norman Claw's position from Roads Inspector to Fleet Manager with no change in salary, effective January 19, 2010. *C. District I: Request authorization to hire Randy Bia as a temporary Road Maintenance Worker I at $9.50 per hour, not to exceed 90 days, effective January 22, 2010.
*D. County Attorney's Office: Request authorization to remove the following individuals from probationary status with the 2.5% end of probation increase: Michael Latham, Effective February 4, 2010, Brian Hounshell and Hugh Lynch, effective February 10, 2010. Community Development:
*E. Request approval for a rezoning to Heavy Industrial for parcel numbers 103-10-005A, 103-10-012B, 103-10-012C, 103-10-012D 103-10-013A and 103-10-013C. Locations of property are outside of Eagar, Arizona. The Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimous approval.
*F. Request approval to release Subdivision Improvement Bond for Concho West Shore.
3. A/D Election Department: Request designation of polling places and approval of Facility Use Agreements to be used in the March 9, 2010 Special Election.
4. A/D Election Department: Request appointment of all precinct and tally board workers for the upcoming March 9, 2010 Special Election.
5. A/D Sheriff's Office: Request authorization to enter into two (2) Intergovernmental Agreements and one (1) Memorandum of Understanding with the Arizona Department of Public Safety Arizona Terrorism Information Center for a Terrorism liaison Officer LEVEL A, LEVEL B, and LEVEL C.
6. A/D Engineering Department: Request approval of a Policy and Procedures manual for routine safety inspections for county maintained roads and right of ways. This item was tabled from the January 19, 2010 Board meeting. 7. A/D County Manager: Request approval to extend the Declaration of Emergency regarding the snow and residual mud issues throughout the county. The declaration will be in effect until February 16, 2010. 8. A/D County Manager: Following an executive session pursuant to legal advice per ARS ยง38-431.03 (A)(3), possible action regarding the appointment to the Justice of the Peace for Puerco. 9.
