The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at 1:00pm in the Board of Supervisors Room, located in the County Annex Building, 75 W. Cleveland Street in St. Johns. The working lunch session to discuss the following agenda will be held at 12:00 pm in the Board Room prior to the public meeting. Work session will include those listed under work session and items of business listed below.

Item #6 Consider and possibly approve a Conditional Use Permit to allow American Tower Corporation to construct a new 350 ft communication tower. Property is located near Sanders, AZ and Interstate 40. 210-18-018. Additional Information
Item #7 Consider and possibly approve the Greer Zone Map designating only those properties listed as Greer Commercial Resort.
