PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 38-431.02, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE MEMBERS OF THE APACHE COUNTY LOCAL EMERGENCY PLANNING COMMITTEE (LEPC) AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT THE MEMBERSHIP AND ORGANIZATION SUB-COMMITTEE WILL HOLD A MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON AUGUST 27,  2013,  BEGINNING AT 9  A.M.,  IN THE APACHE COUNTY MANAGER'S CONFERENCE ROOM, 75 WEST CLEVELAND AVE.,  2ND FLOOR,  ST. JOHNS, ARIZONA 85936.

II. Develop recommended revisions to the LEPC by-laws, to eliminate the secretary position and to stipulate that Apache County Emergency Management will be responsible for LEPC meeting documentation. (A)
