NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND AGENDA OF
THE APACHE COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
November 7, 2013 @ 1:00pm

The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 1:00pm in the Board of Supervisors Room, located in the County Annex Building, 75 W. Cleveland Street in St. Johns. The working lunch session to discuss the following agenda will be held at 12:00 pm in the Board Room prior to the public meeting. Work session will include those listed under work session and items of business listed below.

Item #5  Consider and possibly approve the Greer Zone Map designating only those properties listed as Greer Commercial Resort.  These are existing businesses that have operated under a non-conforming use or a conditional use and are now being designated as a specific zone.      List 1     Additional Information This item has been postponed.
 
Item #6  Consider and possibly approve a Vicinity Plan and Preliminary Plat for Greer Lodge Estates Subdivision, Phase 2.  Property is located in Greer, AZ,  ACR 1120.  102-11-026C.  Map
